I didn’t have to install the adb. I used the one with Android Studio/SDK, it worked fine (in my case c:\Java\Android\sdk\platform-tools)

I also skipped the copy of the apk file. I use adb install “C:\Users\Public\Documents\Unity Projects\My Project\myproject.apk”
